- Enrolments must be paid for in full at point of online registration.
- When you enrol your child/ren, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of the
enrolment. Remember to also check you Spam/Junk box. - Australian Sports Clinics only use internationally recognised secure payment gateways.
- Australian Sports Clinics has a ‘credits’ policy for all its clinics bookings. This means that if your child/ren cannot attend a Clinic (due to unforeseen circumstances) a Clinic Credit may be requested (via email) to be used at a future clinic.
- Australian Sports Clinics will not pass your personal information on to a third party.
- All information collected by Australian Sports Clinics is for the sole purpose of providing better communication and information about future Sports Clinics. Information is collected via our Website, our Social Media Platforms, and your communications to us.
To opt-out/unsubscribe – contact us via email and request that you be removed from our contact list.
- Australian Sports Clinics aim to take note of any feedback, questions, and complaints. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding this via email.
- Please note: All Australian Sports Clinics are Nut Free.
- Although all care will be taken, Australian Sports Clinics staff will not be held responsible for accidents or loss of property in connection with any child’s participation in the Clinics.
- If there are any court orders relating to the powers and responsibilities of the parents in relation to the child/ren or access to the child/ren, please notify the coordinator via email.
- Photos and videos may be taken may be used in promotions or marketing by Australian Sports Clinics.
- Parents/guardians are responsible safe drop off and pick up of their child/ren.
